Course Details

Introduction: Tanzania is apparently striving to efficiency driven economy through industrialization, the traditional and generic solutions to productivity need to be strategically revisited through change of mindset, attitude and institutional set up for desired social and economic phenomena. The needs of revisiting plans, rearranging priorities, remodelling blueprints and redesigning strategy are indispensable. This training on transformational leadership and management is a change driver and solution generator to accommodate transformational dictations and achieving the desired business and economic performance targets in public and private sectors. The IFM is therefore, organizing a four (4) days training for leaders and managers in the Public and Private Sectors. You are kindly invited to participate and/or nominate staff from your organization. For practicability and results, participation of more than one member from an institution is advised.

The fee shall give a participant two months (after the training) professional guidance on actualizing personal/institutional Transformational Action Plan (TAP), access to all sessions, workshop materials, coffee/tea, lunch and mineral water for four days. The fee excludes transport, insurance, medical care, dinner and accommodation costs.

Award and Additional Values/Benefits: Despite getting Certificate of Attendance, Participants will be registered in a database as Transformational Leaders and enjoy discounted rates for future events. Further, participants will enjoy one (1) month guidance on Transformation Action Planning (TAP).
