The Institute of Finance Management (IFM) as a government institution intends to contribute on peoples’ empowerment through entrepreneurship and life skills training for retirement preparation. In developing countries entrepreneurship is a major area to which many retirees opt for. Entrepreneurship skill is important in starting manageable businesses. This programme aims at enhancing the capacity of private labour market institution and enable employees to access standard and practical outcome oriented entrepreneurship skills before retirement. Organisations can strengthen their image, trust talents and staff retention through preparing employees for retirement. The Government (public) and private sector employers are invited to enrol their employees to this noble training program. The program shall take places in Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma and Zanzibar on the dates indicated above.

The fee shall give a participant two months (after the training) professional guidance on actualizing personal/institutional Transformational Action Plan (TAP), access to all sessions, workshop materials,  coffee/tea, lunch and mineral water for four days.  The fee excludes transport, insurance, medical care, dinner and accommodation costs.
