Course Details

The Institute of Finance Management (IFM) is a government institution established under the Act of Parliament Na.3 of 1972. Contributing to the government initiatives of promoting massive industrialiation projects in the country, which has triggered varied facilitative infrastructure and systems projects as well. Supervision is on the practical ground and at the heart of the intended projects’ successes, where resources are spent in the public and private sectors. This seminar will exhibit how supervision of employees and works directly affects the effectiveness and efficiency, the quality of life, organization or project impact and will contribute to improving both morale and image of funding agencies (such as the government) and the public or employees awareness, participation and ownership.

The fee shall give a participant two months (after the training) professional guidance on actualizing personal/institutional Transformational Action Plan (TAP), access to all sessions, workshop materials,  coffee/tea, lunch and mineral water for four days.  The fee excludes transport, insurance, medical care, dinner and accommodation costs.

  • Connect the relationship between Supervision, Management and Inspection for leadership and governance purposes.
  • Apply coaching in projects and at workplaces supervision and Models of Supervision.
