Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is the data analytics technique which provides more useful insights in data analysis. SEM allows researchers to recognize the imperfect nature of their measures. SEM explicitly specifies error while traditional methods assume measurement occurs without error. SEM provides no straightforward tests to determine model fit. Instead, the best strategy for evaluating model fit is to examine multiple. Upon understanding the concept of SEM, researcher will enjoy on how to execute SEM using AMOS software, and also how to interpret the results.
The course aims to achieve five specific objectives as follows:
