Welcome to Legal Service Unit
The Legal Unit at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) is responsible for providing legal support and advisory services to the institution. It ensures that all institutional activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The unit plays a critical role in drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal disputes, managing risks, and offering guidance on legal matters affecting students, staff, and the Administration. It works closely with the Management to safeguard the Institute’s legal interests and uphold Institutional integrity.
