THE IFMSO TOP MANAGEMENT SWORN IN AT IFM

The Institute of Finance Management Students’ Organisation (IFMSO) witnessed the swearing-in of its newly elected top echelon management, comprising the president and the vice president. The two have been elected for the 2024/25 term. The President is Mr. Omary Rashid Mbahe, a BAcc 2 student and Ms. Clothilda Charles Bukagile, a BAIT 2 student, serves as the Vice President.

The two were sworn in on the evening of June 19, 2026, to serve legally as the new leadership of the students’ organisation. At their swearing-in ceremony, the Chairperson promised to improve the learning environment, including the social aspect, by focusing on inter-sports grounds and the overall improvement of the hostels. The Vice-President urged their colleagues that the trust they have shown by electing them should continue as they implement what they promised. They finally thanked all voters for their support and assured them that they would work together as a unity.

We, the IFM Staff, congratulate them on their new journey and advise them to lead their colleagues with dignity, integrity and transparency.
