ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES FOR 2023

The public is here by notified that the First and Second batch certifcates for 2022/2023 of The Institute of Finance Management are ready for collection. Those whose names are listed below should collect their certificates from Friday 22^nd March 2024, provided you have a cleared status on clearance form.

The certificates can be collected from the Student Records Department Room no. 008A, Block D {IFM Main Campus}, Mwanza Campus, Dodoma Campus and Simiyu Campus every weekday from 02.00 pm to 04.00 pm except holidays.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATE COLLECTION

1. Completed clearance status on the system

2. IFM student’s identity card

3. Copy of academic transcript for the programme which a certificate is sought

IN THE CASE OF LOSS OF IFM IDENTITY CARD, THE STUDENT MUST PRODUCE A POLICE LOSS REPORT AS WELL AS OTHER RELEVANT AND ADEQUATE IDENTIFICATION E.G. NEW DRIVER’S LICENCE, NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD, OR PASSPORT.
