IFM SIGNED AN MoU WITH THE TANGA REGION THROUGH THE HEET PROJECT, ON 30^TH JANUARY 2024

To fullfil its vision to become a reputable world-class higher learning institution, and its mission, to provide integrated training, research and consultancy services in finance management and related disciplines that responds to society's needs, the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tanga Region.

The IFM Rector, Prof Josephat Lotto, signed the MoU with the Tanga Deputy Regiona Administrative Secretary, Mr Sebastian Masanja, signaling the agreement between the two parties. Prof Lotto informed that these MoUs will ensure industrial linkages, for IFM staff; provision of training, consultancy and research as provided by the MoU, for Tanga Region.

Likewise, Mr Masanja stressed that our students will be in good hands during theit field attachments. He added that the MoU will ensure continuity as it remains as a written record. He lastly welcomed the set up of the Tanga Campus for IFM should the Management see the need for such.

The gigning of the MoU was witnessed by key personnel from both sides of the concerned parties.
