Dr. Yustin Ignas Bangi is a Lecturer in Management Studies at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He has done Ph.D in Management from Muhanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), India. He has Master of Education Management and Administration and Bachelor of Education (BEd) from Dar es Salaam University, Dar es Salaam. He has more than thirty (30) years of teaching experience in Higher Learning Institutions and more than ten (10) years in consultancy services. His areas of research and consultancy service include Customer care, Quality Assurance, Leadership, Change Management, Strategic Negotiations to name some. Furthermore, he has headed different departments including the quality assurance unit which he is heading currently.
