Applications for 2026/27 open on 1 April 2026 and close on 31 August 2026. Late applications are considered only where places remain.
Check the entry requirements on the admissions page for each of the five levels. If you are still unsure, contact the Admissions Office with your certificates and they will place you correctly.
Yes, subject to equivalence. International applicants must have their certificates verified by TCU or NACTVET before an offer can be confirmed.

Yes. Eligible Tanzanian students may apply to the Higher Education Students' Loans Board for tuition and subsistence support. Application is made directly to HESLB, not to the Institute.
Yes, on application to the Bursar. An agreed instalment plan must be in place before registration.
Master's and postgraduate diploma programmes are taught in the evenings, at weekends and by block release, so that working professionals can study alongside employment.
Submit a request through the student portal. Transcripts are issued within ten working days of verification.
Limited hostel accommodation is available at the Main Campus and allocated on application. Most students arrange private accommodation nearby.
