We collect information you provide when you apply, register, or contact us — including your name, contact details, academic records and payment references. We also collect limited technical data such as anonymised visit counts.
2. How we use it
Personal data is used to assess applications, administer studies, issue results and transcripts, and communicate with you about your studies. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data with regulators and funding bodies — including NACTVET, TCU and HESLB — where required to do so, and with service providers acting on our instructions.
4. Retention
Academic records are retained permanently as part of the Institute's archive. Application data for unsuccessful candidates is retained for three years.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Write to the Institute using the contact details below.
6. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary to operate it and to count visits in aggregate. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
