Mr. Jafari Said Ramadhani is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Banking and Financial Services at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Dar es Salaam. He holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Information Systems Management from IFM and is a Certified Professional Banker (CPB–TIOB). He is progressing through CISI/SICC studies. He coordinates the Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Risk Management and the Master’s Degree in Banking and Information Systems Management. His interests include banking, fintech, digital payments, financial inclusion, investment behaviour, and information systems management. Through teaching, research, consultancy, and professional training, he seeks to develop practical solutions for the financial sector.
