CPA. Prof. Dr Zawadi Ally Kadunda is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Tanzania, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T). He holds a PhD in Management, an MSc in Finance (University of Strathclyde, UK), an MBA in Finance, and a BCom (Hons). With over two decades of academic, research, and policy experience, his expertise spans banking efficiency, financial performance, ESG and sustainable finance, digital transformation, and financial inclusion. He has published widely in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals and serves on the editorial board of the Montenegrin Journal of Economics, as well as a reviewer for Wiley, Emerald, and Taylor & Francis. He is also a Member of Tanzania’s Labour, Economic and Social Council (LESCO), advising on national economic and labour policy.
